    1. What manner did you use to buy zen? Was it different than ones you've used previously?

    2. I rarely buy zen, but when I did it over the weekend it was in pending for two days. But, that's because it was the weekend. Are you sure it doesn't say your transaction went through on your wallet page?

    As stated in the last page you made on this topic. It can take up to 24 hours especially if it's a new payment method or your first time charging. If it hasn't been done then call the bank or submit a ticket. Don't just keep making threads about it though. Because that doesn't solve anything.

    Is there possibly an issue with the method? I had a problem with paypal once where it took my money and they turned around and witheld it because they wanted me to "confirm it was me" and made me sit on the phone for hours. I had a week long ban in game for it too....Otherwise just be patient, and if it gets to be too long for you send in a ticket or something. The forums are not the best way to get that looked at.
