    Aside from TOS violation, the main problem with this person and said types of people, is not what they say, its the intention that goes with it. Their intention is to rile people up, and it works. Who cares about swear words? People will get around that easily. Its the ones that say things that couldn't be caught because the words aren't necessarily bad ones. I get that people have their opinions, but the game isn't the place to voice that you find death or illness in any way a laughing matter.

    i also sent in a ticket, i like a trolling every now and again but some of things said by this person are a clear violation of the ToS and highly offencive. those who know me know that i'm pretty vulgar, but these comments were the words of someone who should be shot....repeatedly.

    As I said it works, and not only on me but others that ranted in world chat. But instead of raging in world chat I sent in yet another ticket on said troll, and brought it to the forum the two places more likely to get a reaction from a higher up to take care of the problem.
