Problem with UPDATE?

Well...as title,im getting trouble with the UPDATE.
Today,when i tried to log in it said me " Your current client version is low. Please exit and update". So i closed PWI and pressed on UPDATE.Nothing..it didnt update ! And now cant log in and play D:

    Run as administrator.

    Also, make sure the client directory is excluded from virus scanner.

    Well,tried to run as administrator but same,it didnt work.
    And i got avast...im not good with these things XD
    Can u try eplain me how to ? D;

    Submit your problem here http://www.avast.com/support and they will tell how to add game files and folders to exception lists.
    You may need to add exceptions for the following programs:

    elementclient.exe (the main game)
    pwprotector.exe (the onscreen keyboard on the login screen)
    patcher.exe (the game patcher)
    launcher.exe (the game start-up menu)

    Temporarily disabling (please note that you do this AT YOUR OWN RISK) your antivirus software long enough to get the game installed and playing, then re-enabling your antivirus software.

    Or, you could go to Avast.com, get in the Support section, and read the Knowledgebase area for the instructions on how to do it. They even provide a video for those who are especially dense.

    The only hard part is knowing how to do research. Submitting a ticket is not necessary.
