aren't we suppose to get 90% of our bids back if we win or lose in the maint. following tw? or am i wrong o_o

    They manually send back 90% of your TW bid whether you win lose or are outbid in the mail. They are currently working on an automatic system but for now they do it themselves. It can take a week or two before they can do it considering the amount of bids that was done for last weeks and probably this weeks.

    If you get to 4 weeks waiting without a refund, drop a friendly ticket and ask if they'd check on you bid refunds. Got 4 refunds the next week.

    can i get a confirmation by a GM, please?
    no faction leader on my server got any refund so far, since the map got wiped.
    i am highly afraid of bidding huge amounts without an official statement by a GM :/
    id also like to know if there are any plans to do the refund on the european servers anytime soon :)

    I bet GMs are already tired of this and either ignoring or procrastinating.

    Number of servers x amount of lands bid on after a map reset = finding something else to do at the office other than remitting bids.

    Refunds on the bids will be processed, Fuzzy can promise you they have not forgotten. As for the timeline on any refunds to the EU servers, perhaps it may be of more use to ask on their forums.

    I would like an answer for this too on the EU servers. And just because some of us play the EU servers don't mean we speak the language. And the Sub forum for the English disappeared, wasn't that nice of them?! The EU servers shouldn't be any diff the the other servers. Just like seems like EU gets left out on events but we never get any events of our own.

    We bid weekly and have for some time now. I submitted a ticket once and haven't had much delay since then. The last 2 weeks we've gotten our refunds back the following Wednesday.

    They seem to be getting the system down, so hang in there or submit a ticket after a couple of weeks w/o a refund.

    and there is obviously a problem on the european server because the gms there seem to have no clue whats really going on with tw-refund. (forum)
    thats why i seek for help here...

    and dont give me the "submit a ticket" thing, eu support redirects us to US support and vice versa as usual :(

    I asked Frankie not long time ago and he answered me that leaders that didn't get the refund to send a ticket. I'll try to find the post later.

    Hello,
    after submitting a ticket about missing tw refund for the first 4(!) weeks after map-reset,
    i got sent half of my expected refund via mail. i asked about the other half, of course and got basically told that they cant send tw-refund another time and that there is no proof that i did not get my refund (confusing much?).
    so is that it? i will not get my refund ever again? after researching a bit on my server, i figured out that NONE of the guild leaders got their refund for the first two weeks after map reset.
    this problem seems to involve the EU-servers only.
    we are very frustrated and irritated about this issue. some are even scared to bid again, because they cant be sure to get their money back...
    TW is a huge part of this game but the current issue prevents us from enjoying this feature a lot.

    i would be glad to see some changes - maybe the american support takes responsibility for refunding on EU servers too? that would save a lot of trouble and work for the EU support.

    Ive got the same problem like all the others.
    Im still missing 189!! millions from the first two TW-bids.

    After sending one email some weeks ago, ive got the answer that the problem is about to be solved within some weeks from the american support.

    Now we got the money back from the 3rd week on, but not the 1st and 2nd tw bid, which was much more money than the other weeks.

    Im still waiting for another answer on another ticket i sent last week. The answer should have arrived within 24 hours, that didnt happen.

    I wont bid on any other Territories until this Problem isnt solved. I hope this way will change more than writing a ticket and waiting for an answer since 1 week.

    i also submitted tickets (5 so far) and we still miss 27mil from second week after TW Map Reset.
    and i hate to beg for TW refund every week, it's a lot money and smaller factions need this money to bid next week and so on.
    so pls do something b:cry

    The fact alone that EU server players are having to come to the US forums is a show of how ****ed up their servers are <_<

    We are just a small faction and cant afford the loss of 27 mil that easily

    We didn't get any TW refund at all till now !
    A support ticket to the US support told us to ask the german support
    The german support deleted the ticket within 5 hours
    I can only agree to the factionleaders before me!
    If this will not be solved, there wont be much TW anymore.

    update: we just got the tw-refund for the past two weeks, the FIRST two weeks after map-reset are still missing....the german support just told me that the US-support is responsible for the payout. knowing that the Harshlands-server gets the refund within a week, i can just imagine they forgot the EU-server in the first two weeks.

    maybe "hey you" has an answer :/

    Sorry to play the devil's lawyer here, but these forums, especially "general discussion", are not the place to ask for a GM response. If you try getting in touch with them through the ticket system or the "tech support" area (though this is probably not a technical problem) you might get an answer.

    Please don't expect the GMs to read everything in these forums. They don't have to, this area is for discussion between player, so why should they know who's the best of their class or why you love your faction or anything like that?

    So, when looking for a GM, go where the GMs are. It usually works.
