There is some quest which gives as reward hyper exp stones?

    These are all the ones I know off the top of my head and from digging around in pwDatabase, but I'm sure there's others. Some people I know have almost 100 untradeable hypers from somewhere.

    - Doing Lucid Silver (5 if you win the ticket, random)
    - Supply stash lvl 55(Not really free, and not worth it because you need a perfect iron hammer to open the lvl50 stash)
    - Various random rewards from running the tiger event on mondays, I think.
    - PWE emails that reward free hypers.

    Also the quests from Head Hunter aviliable a hour before a event start (Tiger, FoA and something else) have a chance to give you a hyper.

    I think the perfect quest master gives out some. And i think some of the quests for lunar glade solo mode give hypers as a reward.
