    is there any update on when exactly the event ends? i mean that thread says both dq+x2 end on 10/8, but at what time?

    It's always been at 1am server time unless they state differently.

    Past 1am already. I've heard from 3 different people it ends at 3pm so whether thats true or just hearsay I dunno.

    usually seems to be between noon till 3pm PST
    worst (or best depending on how u look at it) is they could always push it till Tuesday night until maint

    I think the appropriate question is "when does 2x start?" TT drop rates have been so horrible; 1 gold after 8 consecutive runs. I've been doing TM instead of farming.

    The answer to the question has been given. Dan I think you misunderstand how x2 works.

    It increases the amount of drops total by a multiplied value of 2 not the % of the item dropping. It's double drops not double drop RATE.
