How do you make chi stones and where?

Is there a place where i can make my chi stones for my genie or if I can I buy it from an npc.

    You can't buy chi stones from NPC, but you can buy them from other players.

    You can make chi stones by decomposing your junk gears. Make sure the level of the junk gears you decompose are not higher than the level of your blacksmith/tailor/craftsman skills.

    You can then take the chi stones that you get from de-comping your gear to any Jewelcraftsman and combine them into better stones.

    Combining Chi stones (for feeding ur genie) is not recommended, since you will lose more total stamina points than you gain by combining them.

    Buy the OHT mats from the cat shops around the Messenger of time in central arch, the Big Luminous stones and Big Golden sculptures, use the forges in OHT to break them down into the smaller mats. 1 Stone = 10 mats. Then do the daily OHT quest for the Tears of heaven, every 3 ~ 5 days take your stack of mats and tears and make the LA wrists and the forges in OHT, then take those to a tailor and decompose them, each piece of armor will give 70 Perfect Stones provided they're two stars. Sometimes you might get lucky and make one with -.05 int on them which you can sell to the hyper babies for a quick bit of cash, last one I made got me 800k. b:pleased
