    Good officers donate the books to faction members in need. Atleast thats what i did.

    I don't think that in any way changes what i said. And actually that skill is useful... as a barb i hate it because when used it leaves me in human form after it expires even if i was in tiger form when it was casted... you can see how this would be quite annoying for cata barbs it can keep them in human form

    You misunderstood what Astarelle said. The original version of that skill is a puffy bird thing...the morai skill that brennak is trying to sell is THE Exact same thing except that instead this one turns you into a kitty and the original a puff bird. Both share the same cooldown and both have the same effect.

    Don't you even need the standard puffbird one before you can even change it to the tiger version?
