Elementclient.exe unfixable?

I've had this problem for months now and still have not found a solution. I've searched the forums quite abit and nothing seems to fix this error. Could the only solution be to reinstall windows?

When I launch the game I get a black window then it says Elementclient.exe has crashed.
I've verified with my anti-virus off, I've added the game to my exceptions for avg and my firewall, I set all exes as run as admin, I've reinstalled many times, I've reinstalled my graphic stuff, and probably some other stuff I just can't recall.
I'm running Windows 7 ultimate.0 -
Some video driver versions have an issue with launching in fullscreen mode sometimes. set it to windowed mode and try that.
If not, I'll need more info on your system. A copy of your dxdiag.txt file, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues.

1. Add the client's working directory to the exclusion list for both scheduled, and real-time scans in your antivirus software. (Just turning it off temporarily doesn't fix anything.) AVG is especially good at flagging the client files as false positive and then messing them up. If you don't know how to do this, the AVG support system has detailed instructions for you.
2. Verify the client at least twice.
3. Remove all third party video codecs. (You have the Halli media splitter and ffdshow installed, both of those can cause issues with PWI's opening video if they are not configured properly. If you have any others, remove them as well.)
4. If you want to get a little more performance out of your system, you have several background tasks and toolbars that could be disabled while you are gaming. Game Booster is a good tool for that.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Okay deleted the codecs I believe all of them and deleted avg just to test out if its the problem and I still have the same error.0 -

Are you opening the client windowed, or full-screen?
If full-screen, set it to a smaller resolution and use windowed mode.
If in windowed mode, get the driver version from January or February, uninstall your current driver, and install the older one.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I've been trying windowed mostly, do you mean DirectX driver for january/febuary or my graphic cards driver?0 -

At this point, I would submit a ticket and let the Support Team look at it. I'm obviously missing something here, but maybe they've run across it before.
Be very detailed in your ticket about what you've tried, and send the same info I asked for. They will also ask for a HiJackThis log. (The first reply will likely be automated, and ask you for that information even if you've already given it.)
