How to get yiyuan stone??

i got this quest need me to bring 15 yiyuan stones. It doesnt say anything abt how to get it...b:cry

    You can either buy them from other players or get them yourself by decomposing gear.

    If you've already learnt your level 1 manufacturing skills, just go to any starter city, buy 3 pieces of level 2 armor (grade, not character level) for example at a tailor, then go back to that NPC's menu and choose to decompose them. Each one should give you 5 yiyuan stones.
