You didn't see the people who bought R8 for 640m days before the General Summer's sale make a big deal out of it. Nor did the two people who got Warsouls make big deals about recast R9s.

I'm all for a more two way interaction between the company and it's player base the only problem is how to manage such a thing, its not like PWI is still in closed beta and has a fairly small player base any more. So it would be impractical to try and have player's giving imput and making the new update's consecutively due to the sheer volume of info that would need to go back and forth dragging out development.

Currently there is as stated threads up about current version were people are able to post their thoughts plus there are already class specific forums we're I think it best to discuss any and all things to do with the play style and potential of each class including any problems or issues player might have and same for the pve/pvp side with their own respective forums.

The main problem for players to the op's proposal though is, yes it would be nice to see a head of time what new content will be coming, but without actually seen the content in action (i.e. using/testing new skills or comparing a newer piece or gear to an older similar lvl 1 in game) its hard to really give proper feed back as any information given is subjective to its interpretation. An example of this is lets say the update posted on the chines forums for the BM skill "Tiger Leap" and its new ability in regards to status debuffs currently from what I've seen it could be read as either
1: when used it has a % chance to remove/puri a debuff currently affecting the player
2: while in use it has a % chance to resist receiving a debuff while the jump is in effect
both are fairly similar results i.e. at the end of the jump the BM will not be debuffed. However both have very different implications on play therefore untill we get the update and are able to see the skill in use any opinion formed on whether the skill has been made better/to OP/worse would be purely speculative.
That there is the problem as nice as it be to be able to plan farming/merchanting/Zen hoarding ahead of new items been released I would have to question the wisdom of doing such without knowing for sure going on hearsay or roumors and information that might still be changed by the time of release of update

Another big detractor though I think is it risks turning into just a "Christmas list" forum, and though its fun to say "what if" it doesn't really help with much.

We have a pretty good idea whats coming as it is. I assume theres been no official announcement because they dont know for sure what we're getting or when yet. The QQ would be massively more if they announce something and then turns out we don't get it.

And for people QQing if we get the new rank9 with no transfer option.....that's just too bad. It's an MMO. MMO's are in a constant state of flux and its unrealistic to think there isn't anything else coming or in the works. You paid to have what was best at the time and knew that gear was bound to you and useless if something better came out you could buy.

So what if PWE had announced this new rank9 as being 'upcoming' based on it being in PWCN and you held off buying the current and then Wanmei decides later not to include the new stuff in our expansion? The QQ would be just as equal, if not more.
Yeah, it's nice to know and speculate whats coming and try to make some gameplan based on that, but you can't ever expect that to be the absolute end in any MMO thats still being actively worked on, expanded and changed.

The only confirmed ones I personally know of are DragoonZ (sp?) and Accelerator. Heard of quite a few more, but haven't seen any screenshots backing that up. But yeah, still fairly sure it's more than 2.
