I got told its Sei-ha in japanese means to overcome but Perfect world is chinese so is that the actual meaning?

    That's chinese for "kick me."

    Looking up Seiha it means 'to overcome', althought that doesn't look like hiragana to me.

    It means the same thing in Chinese just pronounced differently.

    It looks like the Japanese word for dominate, conquest or mastery.

    Not sure if it means something slightly different in Chinese. But Jisho and WWWJDIC are good dictionaries if you want to go from Japanese <---> English, with Jisho also allowing you to type phonetically.

    In Chinese it doesn't look like it means anything in specific with those two characters but is a mashup of the characters for "master" and "control" so along those line would probably also mean dominate. With the master part being something mostly used in modern advertising, which would be consistent with that outfit.
    According to this site anyway. I'm not that familar with the Chinese language though, so I'm not sure if it's a great C-E dictionary.
