Crazy Stone Quest- Can't Complete

Alright, I have the gems I need for the quest in my inventory, but when I go to Tailor Chen to turn them in, I'm told that there are no quests for me at this time. I'm wondering if there is a glitch? Or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks for the help!

    Are you sure you are going to the right NPC? Check the quest window, and autopath to it.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    Make sure it's the correct grade, rouch, blemished etc, and auto path to NPC, Tailor Teng and Tailor Feng Pei can confuse you if you dont auto-path to them.

    I'm having the same problem, and yes I autopathed it.

    If you did claim the quest from Hou Jenshi (either forgot or because the quest list was full before having the chance to talk to her), got all of the shabbies (one of each, bought from the merchant or found) and did go to the right NPC, I don't see why not...

    Explanations lie in the possibility that you could not claim the quest from Hou Jenshi, or that you do not have all of the shards (It does happen at higher levels, when you do have the materials and forgot to combine them).

    Even if your quest list became full at that point, the quest would still be marked as being possible to complete.

    At worst, do send a ticket to support.

    Same problem i got all 3 gems but i click on quest and she say there are not suitabe quests for the moment... up appear the grey pergament like i didn't finish , but i have all 3 gems . :| b:irritatedb:infuriated
