Never change your password then restore your computer without saving all your saved emails and passwords. spent two days working with Customer support to get my account info and turns out it wasn't the one I wanted :( was one I forgot its info and gave up on long ago hope they will keep helping me and not get annoyed.b:cryb:cry

    It's not funny I want my good account back. I changed the pass it to something none of my friends would guess after my one showed me he could easily get into my accounts now I cant remember it

    I had a horrible experience with pwi customer service, and am curious as to how many if not all of the emails you send are automated responses as this company focuses on other games.

    Only one was automated. They was real nice and everything. I just hope they don't get annoyed bye me trying to get my other account back

    Thank you I hope i get everything taken care of soon. I'm not just dealing with PWI other sites also because of this **** up of mine. I lost the info to half my online accounts to various sites.

    What kind of password do you use that lets other guess so easily b:shocked? Just to make it more complex add *+1 at the end. Or something random, if you name it after your pets, parents, friends, family, country, something common, well, you are bound to get cracked eventually.

    Thats the problem. I cant remember stuff unless it use something that was a big part of my life. takes me over a year to remember a phone number or address.

    Lol if I get married again im definetly getting her Birthday and our anniversary tattooed on my arm lol.

    I tend to keep a journal with anything in terms of important info, lesson one of this day and age: Don't rely on technology ALL the time, it WILL go wrong at some point.

    The funny thing is, they say the "harder" you make your password the "easier" it is for automated programs to crack it as they have implemented a better crack function to include those random numbers and symbols.

    The hardest password structure to crack to date is to make a sentence and take the first letter of each word and use numbers for any dates.

    For example you could say.

    My anniversary is on July 25th!

    MaioJ25!

    Best of luck on figuring your passwords.

    It would take a computer about 14 minutes to crack that password, according to those password checking websites. Random letters and numbers are actually pretty easy for computers to guess, and hard for people to remember. If you want a secure password, follow the logic in this comic. This strip is humorous, but accurate as far as password strength.

    if i ever have to remember my passwords id be chit outta luck. I use a different password for everything and every site...I just keep a word file on a flash drive with all the password/account stuff and lock it in a safe place. If i have to figure out a password i dig the old flashdrive out :D
