Wherecan I find the Momma beast? [Bongso Beast-Tellus City event]

so got the red envelopes from Bongso the beast and supposed to find momma beast to open them...where's momma beast located?b:cry

    In Restless Outlands outside in north west of Tellus.
    But she only appears when quest is over and you only got 15 minutes to talk to her.

    8. After slaying Bongso the Flaming Beast, Momma Beast (349, 259) will show up for 15 minutes. Players can receive rewards using Red Envelopes.
