DQ points Event bug

Has anyone tried turning in chest of coins for the 1000 dq points they are worth during the Double DQ points event? I have and they havent added the points to my DQ page yet and its been 9 hours or so since then.

    You have to wait a minimum of 24 hours for DQ, and with 2x and the double-dq, it's been taking as long as 36 hours.

    There are people in line in the database that are way ahead of you. You just have to be patient for the database queue to get to your turn so you will get the points.

    I don't understand why no one seems to understand this simple fact....

    ok thanks for answering that question, I do understand i thought maybe it was something of that sort. Maybe, you can help with this question. How come everytime i try to access the support contact us page and the submit a ticket page I get told that i dont have an internet connection and/or need to diagnose my connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection, but those 2 pages are the only ones i cannot seem to access, why is that?
