Squads and DC

just a thought but people have trouble DC'ing like all the time... when your in an instance and you DC when you get back into the game your out of the squad and you have to find the squad again before your timer runs out and your kicked from the instance...b:angry

SO my idea is this... make it so that we stay IN the squad even when DC'd... so that to get out of a squad we have to actually leave it, it would be so much easier than trying to locate someone from the squad you where in and then you can just get back in and get on with the instance or quests you where in..b:victory

anyway its just an idea love to see who would agree with me on thisb:question

    make it put Disconnected across there character name so you don't run into group of mobs with no barb leading you thinking there going to use there aggro skill xD

    yeah or turn the character name/icon red on the squad list so you can see clearly that they've DC'd

    And how is the game suposed to know the difference between DC and simply logging of?
    When you are logged of (wether you do it yourself or you DC), your toon is gone from the game. No longer exists in the world.

    How exactly do you expect you are suposed to stay in the squad? And if it WERE possible, what if the leader DCs and can't get back?

    Are you just suposed to go on without being able to kick him, or invite other people? Than what if that person was the only healer in squad? The run would be over at that very moment

    I know it's possible to stay in squad if you DC other games do it, eg Maplestory.

    If leader dc then could have lead passed on to someone else, and if you log off either the leader kicks you or you still in squad when you come back.

    It would just make things so much easier with the amount of dc's we been getting lately.

    You can also just copy the leader name if you get dc it still work, so just pm him saying you dc and ask invite.
