Zen didn't landed on my accounts wallet!

I just charged 1000 zen with a paysafe card and usually never had any issues with paysafe on pwi. Anyhow the charged zen don't show up in my wallet. -.-
I tried to charge again with the same code from my paysafe card but I get the error;
"There is not enough credit on your cards to pay for the outstanding amount. Please use additional paysafecards to carry out the transaction."

    Try posting in the Cash Shop Huddle forum for Zen issues, or submit a ticket.

    i recently had an issue like this using Paypal. i charged it, it didnt show up in pwi transaction list nor in my Paypal history. so i tried it again. well it ended up taking $250 in denied payments and refunding, which im still trying to recover. that error is bc it worked but their system is absurdly slow, so when you tried it again the funds were already taken from the first transaction.

    mine didnt show up until about a hour later, then it showed all 5 transactions, 3 of which were denied.


    ALL they will tell me is that paypal sent the money immediately, even though they were listed as denied that night on pwi and didnt show up until the next day on paypal.

    My recommendation is that you and anyone else who experiences this is to be patient. let their fail system take its time and do the work. it seems theyve been having a few problems.
    I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it

    Nopes. It doesn't show up in charge history.

    If it didnt, the issue is prolly with Paysafe, not with PWI.
    Send in a ticket and also contact Paysafe.

    Posting that here does nothing for you. Did you open a ticket? Did you call the payment processing phone?
    If you have done neither of those things, don't be expecting for anyone to look into the matter.
