Can someone point me to a thread about the cheapest goals to hitting 3.33 aps? Tried searching but couldn't find one :(

Or if someone knows this well enough, list the cheapest route to 3.33 aps with maybe estimated prices :D?

    3.33 aps sparked.

If you are looking at 3.33 base the cheapest route is everything but the tome.

Okeano wrote a guide about aps gear in the sin forums. Its useful because sins get -.1 rank 8 armor that bms get, but BMs use fists/claws which have -.1 more aps. So basically everything is the same beyond that.

To make it a bit more generic from Sakubatou's post. To get 3.33 aps, unsparked = 5 aps sparked as demon, you need the following gear

2 pieces of TT 99 HA

2 pieces of TT 99 LA

1 -int robe (69, 79, lunar, lunar mantle)

1 g15 vana (tt or lunar pants, ha or la, bms prefer ha)

    1 deicide.

There are 8 slots of gear, and you require 7 (without tome), to make it to 3.33 aps base. That leaves 1 slot of gear free. Weapon is fixed, g15 pants are fixed, robe is fixed. That means you can juggle the feet, arms, chest, neck or belt as your open piece. At this point, juggling is complicated :D, best to refer to what Sakubatou post again to see what i mean, if still having trouble, there are other topics about this on the forum. Just browse back 5~20 pages.

    Alternate cheap build:

Nirvana style pants are always cheaper than cascade glow. Chestpiece is about 10m more expensive (Illusion stones are dirt cheap on my server usually, Id imagine they are on others) than TT99 HA neck - and allows you to wear a 5% HP neck which adds much greater survivability.

If I had to start over, I would have done this setup - but I had no idea they'd be coming out with G16 Fists at the time.

tt 99 boots and wristguards lionheart is better than ashura imo.
tt 99 necklace and belt ashura is better than lion heart imo.
shadow nirvana greaves will be what you need.
    get energetic cape also
and whatever your -0.1 weapon will be is the last piece to the puzzle.
after that you will be set.

    yea......

the general choice of going for LA boots/wrists and lionheart neck/belt is that, evasion sucks.
any pdef lost from going ashura wrists/boots can be recovered by refining lionheart neck and belt. if you currently have Gorenox Vanity then wep can be put on hold for abit.
in order to aquire id go:

    TT99 Ashura wrists (~12-15m)
    TT99 Ashura boots (~21-24m)
    Deicides (~25-35m or so)
Lionheart Belt (~24m) or Lionheart Necklace (~12m)
    TT99 Lionheart Greaves ( ~24m)

that already would get you to 3.33 sparked, getting a TM cape could be gotten at any time, if you get a TM69 cape it can be one of the cheapest items costing around 4-8m depending on the seller, if you get lunar cape then it might cost a good 40-50m for which you can get 99 wrists and boots for that price.

after that, with that gear + a cape you would be 2.86 base/ 4.0 sparked so itd allow for some decent farming and you can slowly farm up the 250 uncanny crystals to turn the lionheart greaves into Lionheart Greaves. altho if you dont have atleast lv6 tailor then it might be adviseable to wait till you have all the mats to make 2nd stage pants directly as equipping the tt99 legs will make them bound.
alternatively you can always go the lunar path and make Cascade Glow Greaves but it will cost you a good 5-10mil more to make for the sake of having tradeable pants (which i gladly payed when making my sin's pants even tho i have lv7 tailor).

Lunar has about 33% higher base defenses than TT which is why I went Lunar. TT offers a 4% defense bonus. When you get your ornies to about +11 this all evens out defensively, but until then Lunar offers more defense.

LA ornies vs LA wrist and boots: If you make HA wrist and boots when you refine you will have a couple hundred more hp (about 500) but you will take alot more damage per hit due to poor defenses from not "having ornies."

Evasion ornies are basically worthless, but some people would rather use HA boots and wrist and evasion ornies. Yes the base defense on HA is higher, but a refined necklace and belt immediately makes up for that and more.

For me the argument of having 500 more hp vs taking 10% more damage was easy. I survive on paint heals, which means the less hp I lose the easier it is to replace. I'd rather have 500 less hp and take less damage than have 500 more hp and lose alot of hp everytime I'm hit.

I personally went LA wrist and boots, HA belt and armor for my set bonus, magic cube necklace.

Another reason to go la boots and arms, and ha belt. Yes, you loose that 500hp, but if you get magic cube neck or swindlers neck, you get the 5% max hp add, which will make up for your hp loss, and afford you better defense.
