Is Weeping Breeze Dance a good skill and worth getting?

I hear its got a fast channel. Hits a lot harder than NV and does not require Chi or sparks. So is there any letdowns about this skill or is it really good?

    None at all. The hp debuff is applied before dmg is dealt so it hits your enemy for an extra 8% of their hp if you lead with it plus another 8% if you tick their charm while it's active. Great lead for bosses as well if there's no archer or sage veno.(sage sin too maybe? Forgot how much their debuff is) And most importantly, it's flashy, still less priority over lucky break though.

    It depends on how you use it. It can be very useful on pk. On PvE not so much since you hit the mob and you do more dmg then the 8% hp reduction. If it is a boss your going against tho it is useful. I have it and I really like it so far.b:pleased

    It's a bit slow, good as an opener and if you have insane channeling (demon mystics especially), but not worth using other than that on bosses really. Great for PvP stuff though.

    The hp debuff seems to be 7%, oddly, just a little weird point...

    Hm, I just got mine the day before yesterday but I quite like it so far. Nice big damage and a good opener indeed.

    Went to try it on a not too badly geared sin friend, crit him for 6.2k :x I guess that skill gets even better if you got a better weapon than my +5 R8. P:

    That's the order i'd recommend, though swinging is a bit of a waste of money, really...
