I made a real big mistake..help?

okay so ultimate game cards are 20 dollars where i live. I havent seen any for less.
Anyways i got a 20$ ultimate game card and when i went to put in the code, i accidently forgot and said 10$ because that was what i was origonaly gonna buy in the store but they only had 20$ so i bought that.

anyways i only got 1000 points...and thats only 10$ worth...
how do i get my other ten? it said "any remaining value on card will be converted to ulitmate points"

how do i convert that into zen?
So do i just loose ten dollars cause of an honest mistake? or can i get the into zen somehow...? if it doesnt work, its as if i took a ten dollar bill and set it on the ground...

Im kinda new to this game btw, first time buying zen.
