sever network error?

i tryed making a new lowbie and i cant name it it just says sever network error everytime b:surrender

  Im having the same problem, the thread about the server being down says its back up? but i cant make a character on lost city, and i dont have any on it to try and log into it

  ouch lol but i was having that prob right b4 LC got kicked then i got dced and couldnt get back in
