NPC for the anniversary event: where is it? Anyone know please?

    And yet, in another thread, they tell us that we can check out this event before the emergency maintainence...

    Well the reason for that is, the event starts at 20:00 server time in Tellus. And perhaps they aren't sure if the NPC will be there but the event might not be accessable.
    - This event will be available from 20:00 - 23:59 server time, for the duration of the PWI Anniversary celebration

    Bongso the Beast (382, 232), and he'll only appear after 8pm server time.

    I'm getting word that he should be around tonight before maintenance. Once the servers go down, though, you won't be seeing him again for at least two weeks.

    Since we're having the issue with the missing NPCs, though, there is also a chance that Bongso won't appear tonight, so keep that in mind.

    sorry if i ask, but my english is not the best and i just want to understand :)

    so...
    on anniversary page stand:
    Sweet Remembrance Event(9/12 to 9/25)
    event will be 14 days...

    but u say now:
    Once the servers go down, though, you won't be seeing him again for at least two weeks.
    so event dont is 14 days long and only today ?

    so today, after 20pm, is the ONLY chance to make the quest from hat NPC ?
    wen the NPC shown up, what u say can be difficult :(

    i would love to see the mount in the cashshop, seams easyer to get it then on this event.
    since its confusing now how long the event will go and if the quest NPC ever will show up.
