Channeling Cap

I'll be short,is the channeling cap -99% or -90%?I knew it was -99% but i heard if you use eye of observation on a sutra'd wizzy it says -90% and town portal still takes 1 second,i also know that if you go past 99% it goes back to 90% but what if u stay between 90 and 99?

Edit: Posted at General Discussion too but i thought of posting here since i'm questioning it for my mystic and since mystics hit 90-99% channeling easier due to demon spark+rapid growth (provided they're demon which i'll probably be).

    I always thought it was 99% since my cleric is .... but then i could be mistaken since i havn't played my cleric for a long long long time ahah
    But i can't remember if i don't see the gear to calculate it >.<

    I thought the Channeling Cap was limited to -50%?

    The channeling cap is indeed 99% and as you stated it will fling back to 90% when exceed over 99% due to halve b:shutup management with devs at China. b:surrender

    Keeping channeling around 90% to 99% is fine, but mystic don't have loads of spells that take forever to cast, so high end channeling isn't going benefit your mystic as much as it does with other caster except for psychic, so mainly channeling really drops down to demon vs sage thing that been going on for some time....

    But if do go with 90% channel thing all the other casters going to fear that Absorb soul of yours. b:mischievous

    you should have asked me in faction chat silly. -99 is the cap, so try to keep it between 90 and 99. It'll be easier for you to go full chan considering you have the demon spark to work with, whereas im a sage. Just read up on the numbers and adjust accordingly, but i can tell you i notice a difference between -91 channeling and -94
