And here I am again with another tool to play with. This time I wanted to try my hand at a simulator instead of a calculator (because they're more fun to play with).

It's pretty simple:
-The ''Roll!'' button gives a weapon entirely new stats.
-The ''Hone'' button (not yet functional) retains your roll, but gives a chance for higher stats (e.g. Strength +8 can become Strength +20). This option is not available for all rerollable weapons currently in-game, the button won't have any effect on those.
-The ''Reset'' button resets your amount of rolls and amount of materials used.

Chances are based off of PWDB.

Buttons with a colored background are not yet functional.

So far I've only implemented a few S3 Nirvana weapons (since I suppose they're rerolled the most at this time), but I will certainly add a lot more of them.

    I got -int at 5th try b:cool

    I may suggest to add a counter on the number of tries?

    I just had this after about only 50 or so tries...

    interval -0.05

    max atk + 106

    I got all happy then was like, oh.. right. I never get that lucky when it actually matters.

    2nd try -0.05, max phys atk +106, dex + 19 b:dirty

    12th try -0.05, -0.05, hp + 350 b:sad

    90th try -0.05, +130 max phys atk, +106 max phys attk b:shocked

    edit, at 98 try i get double +130 and 0.05, so far the best one

    how are the odd on pwdb, is it 5% chances to get -0.05 per add or 5% chances to get one per reroll?

    It's 5% per addon slot. I'm no math wizard, but I do remember it recently being posted that it makes for about 14.25% chance of 1x -0.05 per reroll.

    Update:

    The simulator wasn't working for a while today because I accidentally broke the rolling macro while working on it b:chuckle should work again now.

    -Can switch between weapons with the buttons to the right. This was needed because otherwise the sheet would get way too big later on.

    Very nice job! It's pretty impressive what you can do with spreadsheets. I never learned how to do cool spreadsheet apps like this.

    Is there any way to do AJAX type stuff though? Instead of entering the addon tables / stats manually you could scan them automatically from pwdatabase from within the app...

    What I did basically works like this:

    Every time you press the ''Roll!'' button it generates a random number in the second sheet between 0 and 1 (5 decimals) with the RAND() command.

    Then the cells with the blue stats have a formula that basically works like this:

    If the cell contains a number between 0.00000 and 0.05000, then output is ''Interval Between Hits -0.05 seconds''
    If not, then if the cell contains a number between 0.05000 and 0.15000, then output is ''HP +350'' etc etc.

    It's a b*tch to do manually, but it works. Once I have a single weapon of a certain type (nirvana, r8r, morai...) done it's just a matter of changing numbers around to do the rest.

    I'll just have to figure out how to do the stats for R8R because I'm not making a line for every point of P.def between 150 and 450...
