Where is my old account?! since I did NOT DELETE IT

b:cry I been trying to figure out where my 1st account could have gone, since I did NOT DELETE it. And when I log'd on @ 4 months later to same user name and pw that I only had all the toons were blank. SO please tell me where is my account that i had. My main toon was a 79 Cleric named Sweetnothing. So be ever so kind and fill me in.. TY

    Make sure you selected the right server when logging in.

    The default server is Archosaur after a fresh install.

    If you gave someone else your account info you could have got wiped by whoever you shared with. I quit playing for a year and a half and came back to my same account with all my stuff on it.

    Thank you very much. This was my exact problem and I didn't know the reason. Thankfully I checked this forum first.

    Hy i have a good HP pavilion laptop but i canot play PWI on it....when i log on mi caracter in game, after a few min (5-10min) mi clotes disapear from the caracter mont and wepon too and i ghet an error or sometimes it simply blocks in game....whats the problem and what can i do to fix it....iv tryd and change the windows..game instal/reinstal...manual and atumatic update i trid evrithing and stil it works only 5 min in game....is ther some kind of help or something for mi problem??? now im on win7....PS sorry for mi bad english writing...hope you understand me>P
