gear miniboss under 50?

does any1 have a list of mini bosses that drop gear under lvl 50?

    never seen a mini boss drop gear and if one does it's not likely worth having..only thing I've seen them drop is dq items

    i got a dece ring (for that lvl range from one along w/ some blue 1* gear)
    it was pphys attack +16 vit +1 hp + 30 vit +2

    Nothing really.
    The outside world mobs/Mini-Bosses don't drop ****.
    The 29 boss and the three 39 bosses drop the loot for lvl 30-50 toons.
    For a weapon try to get a mold.
    For armor wear your rank one gear.
