Password Change

Ive been trying to change my password, and I've done all the process of the old password and new password and stuff. It says It sends a verification to my email, but when I check my email, there's nothing there. I tried changing my email but I keep facing the same problem. The verifications dont get to my email, and Ive tried re-sending it alot of times but It just wont work.

    Did you check Spam folder?
    Also, try to wait a bit more time, perhaps confirmation mail comes in the meantime.

    Yeah I checked spam folder too,
    And I dont know I mean, It's been months and I didnt receive an email yet.
    Where can I submit a ticket and contact the GM?

    same problem here. Just used the contact option to explain them the problem.

    The contact form does send a confirmation mail, so it can work :p

    Now lets await the answer.....

    Wow, i got a reply within 15 minutes or so. They send me a link where i could enter a new password and it seems to work. "Your password has been changed!"
