It hasn't been announced exactly when. I speculate 12pm or 3pm server time is the average time slot they do it if it's not maintenance. Though it could be a rare case of at 3am in the morning...

My guess is that they're too lazy to post a 2-rows of text post in the forum to shut up all those who ONLY ask for a damn date. They don't care at all.

Im not asking the moon or anything actually changed in-game, I do realize the limit capabilities of this company on changing anything that comes from PWC, Im just asking a bit more communication, like actually replying to forum's concerns somehow,even a "we're not announce the date just yet" would be 10 times better than this feeling of being left on our own.

Even a SINGLE post x day would be a major step forward, but guess they're too busy doing "minor localization changes"....

They gave you a day they said Friday don't worry about the time just be glad you are getting it I agree wit Kawai to many ppl are negative on the forums if everyone eas constantly saying jow bad I was doing all the time I woild just say **** you all to. This is a game games are meant to be played to have fun which i think a majority of ppl forget, stop worrying about stuff and just kick back talk to your friends and have some fun like the good old days...

how about a few more simple manner's shown as
firstly their under no obligation to do anything its a nice gesture made each year on the anniversary to do a 2x,
second in RL if some1 acted like a Tw*t and kept demanding you account to them every 5mins and every other 5mins did nothing but complain about you how much attention would you give em?
Nothing has actually been said on main website that there even will be a 2x, I hope there will be and will appreciate a lil summut for playin these last few years ;D. but in all honesty if people are going insist on acting like spoilt brats over it I can understand why their not feeling very inclined to do much

I'm sorry to say, but if my customers were demanding something as simple of communication I'd sure as hell give it to them!! They should act as though everyone is a customer, or a potential customer. Even the non-paying players are part of the economic system in game. Who do you think CSers sell their gold/goods to?

So why all the negativity? They've been lacking in the customer service department for a while. Communication is key to a successful business. Listening to the customers is a LARGE part of that communication!!

If so many QQ about something, there's obviously something that needs to be addressed. I for one would like to know how long the x2 will last, though I don't care about the start time.

I don't blame Frankie...or any one GM/etc, but rather the entire staff as a whole.

Well, presumably the work day "officially" starts at maybe 10 AM, and goes on till 5. One can assume that since this is PWI, people will start sauntering in at around 12 or 1 PM. But once they arrive they will sit around procrastinating until around 4:55, at which point the guy who draws the short straw is forced to get up, walk all the way to the server room over 6 feet away, and have to find and push the giant red 2X button.

At that point 2x should be activated. So I predict around 4:56 to 4:58 PM tomorrow, depending on how fast the guy takes to walk the 6 feet and find the big red 2x button.
