need help with some culties

Hy there as you can see im lvl49 now but i have a problem, i cant get my cuties done and some help would be very appreciated. it doesnt matter if its a squad of people around my lvl or a person that can solo im good with anything once it gets done tyb:pleased

Oh btw its the last rattus lord for 39 culti then after i have to go to those other bosses for my 49. so if your intested in helping me that would be awsome thnxb:victory

    if you're "master of the level 39s" why can't you do your own 39 culti

    People lvl 39-59 cannot solo Rattus, he's hard for these lvl.
