This idea just popped into my head! PWI should make each class 9 new skills!
3 would be available for before lvl 59 and 3 each would be available after 89 depending on which culti you choose.
So a demon would have three skills completely different from a sage and vice versa(each new skill will be received after each culti at 89, 99 and 100, useing celestial schism will make you lose the ability to use the skills)
so for venos would be 4 skills human form 4 skills fox one available both.
Heres my example idea:
Fox Form venos could really use a nice 2-3 second stun like archers have that takes no chi with like a 15 sec cd.
For lvl 89 sage skill some kind of semi-zhen(like BMs, Seekers and Wizards have, i.e. ice prison blade tornado and edged blur) for fox form venos (since they lack aoes)
that does (at the cost of being immobilized) earth damage equal to base phys attack+200% weap phys dmg+1000 every 3 secs for 9 secs and increases def by 20% while immobilized(if use immunity to immobilize pot or like AD will lose 20% increase to pdef effect) (requires 1 spark)
For lvl 89 demon skill will be for human form, something like sacrifice your pet to deal damage equal base to 200% weap mag attack as wood damage+250% pets phys damage as phys damage to then enemy.
all these skills after 89 will have 5 min cds so not OP.
another example for fox form buff learned at lvl 99 would be something like: End of Pain and Pleasure: Removes weapon attack(like blade hurl) to increase phys and mag def by 75% for 10 secs
Requires 50 chi
and another idea for a human veno skill at lvl 99 would be Plague, it does base mag dmg+300% weapon damage+1500 and inflicts a new status effect called "Vulnerable" which if in the next 7.5 secs the target would be hit by a critical hit they will take double the damage of the crit. (this wouldnt be too OP since venos have typically low crit rates though could play into demon fox wallop transform cast this skill)
So basically the sage demon skills cater to strength of the sage or demon, ex. sage venos have more def due to fox form so they get two nice fox form skills one that increases defense by 20% during semi-zhen-thingy and another by 50% for 10 secs at cost of lower dmg(which is purifiable by sage summer sprint, so just like demon fox wallop proc-tranform-plague combo would play into the venos strength)
my idea for both form skill is a buff that reduces damage taken by party members by 3% for 5 mins(requires a spark, just like wizzie mana buff, and btw this isnt OP because seekers some how got a +30 def lvl buff that causes no reprecussions to the user, at least on TideBorn they had to take a consequence for better atck/def lvl, i.e. white voodoo/black voodoo/Chill of the deep)
now remember all these skills will have 5 min cooldowns(except below 59 skills) so that they are not OP and should keep game fairly balanced while giving a new edge to PvP with the demon sage differencesb:pleased
Now so PWI makes actual money(because yes they are a business)
the lvl 89+skills will require skill books that require a mat called: "Elite Leather Binding" purchasable in the botique for like 50 silver. This way PWI make money players get new skills all happy!
ALSO: venos wont be the only one that get this all other classes will too(if devs decide to do it, just friendly idea to make an awesome game awesomer)
Tell me what you all think, im open to all ideas, everything welcome as long as a well thought out reason supports it. Give your own suggestions too![/COLOR][/COLOR]

I dislike skills exclusively for demons and sages, the demonic eruption, Mo Zun's Taunt, Master Li's Technique and celetial eruption is enough. I'm demon if the new skill that a i like learn is for sages i have to change my cultive? and all my expensive demon's skills? No i disagree in this point.
But i agree that new skills for low lvls and high that's sound good.0 -
I want New pets skills and pet's buffs skill like natural sinergy.0

Demon and Sage skillbooks change your skills. I personally plan on sage for fox form and melee mastery. It would just add another thing to think about. Like i LOVE Demon Nova and Fox Wallop as well as Summer Sprint but i chose what i thought would be peersonally best for me. You will get some but not the other, the point is you cant get all!
I personally thought it would be an interesting idea for PvP and even PvE like i said giving each cultivation an edge. Honestly there is nothing really separating demon and sages other than skill effects and fairies. Should probably also have events for Demons or Events for sages and the like!(though im sure GMs have already thought of this and there may already be something im not aware of)
But i do respect your opinion! thank you for your post!
and evilf3n1x that is a pretty good idea, it could be another all class skill and could have some devastating effects!
Give an example though of the kind of things you'd like the buff to do, and i agree with pets get new skills... maybe even a new slot for skills since there will be more options perhaps even an aoe like Storm mistress Hush and ranged skills for ranged pets!

I think that the dupethefile's point was that he's already demon, and the new sage-only skills make sages OP compared to demon. At this point, he has to reget all his skills. Yes, for people who haven't chosen a culti, its all fine for them. But for people who have chosen, they dont want to have to reroll.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

For those, quite reasonably complaing about the colour; the actual ideas are:
A level 59 fox form stun, with decent duration. That doesn't even cost chi, that has a rapid cooldown.
(I suggest it should also do my taxes, and summon a pony)
A foxform continuous AOE, like archers and wizards. PLUS it should grant further increased pdef. (Earth damage, for some reason) Because, uh, five decent AOE skills aren't enough, apparantly.
At least this costs a spark and have a huge cooldown.
A skill to make your pet explode, to do tiny damage to whatever it is near. Yes. this is HILARIOUS. Almost always useless, fantastic when it works, and funny as hell all of the time. This one I support.
A foxform attack to remove your ability to attack (which, uh, do we EVER autoattack on purpose?) in exchange for a huge increase in defence. Without immobilisation.
While I support the idea that veno's are eeenVULNerable, this seems over the top.
Finally, a relatively balanced one - a damaging debuff that makes things take more damage from crits for a while. This fits the veno's squad role; while sucking badly solo.
And a buff that grants 3 defence levels to the party for *five minutes*.
It's a small effect.... but last for a couple of boss fights. Seems strong to me.
So yeah. Just the usual "Hey! Make my favourite class awesome please!" stuff. A couple of interesting ideas in there though; but a resounding "No" from me for being terrible to read, and for being blatantly overpowering in a couple of cases. (No, high cooldown is NOT a decent way to make a skill less overpowered.)0 -
(Talking about the stun) Well it wouldn't necessarily be a short cooldown... im just saying my archer who is my favorite character not my veno... has a 15 sec cd 3 sec stun for no chi, thought it would be nice to have something similar in fox form since human form has Lucky Scarab, so it wouldnt even be OP either since even only a 90% chance to stun on archer, so would be something similar(also like how barbs have mighty swing)
Also the one with the pet exploding is useful because it does physical and magical damage to a target equal to % of your mag attack+% of pet dmg, though i do kind of think it would be cool to have a Lysing or Leech for pets :O
Azura give some thoughts of what you would like then, i probably was a bit biased with the skills so you guys make ideas new ones(and isnt just make my favorite class better i just happened to be thinking what a veno could use, all classes can comment if the find the thread lol, maybe shouldnt have put it in veno section)!

and Fox Forms need a decent aoe because lvl 59 one sucks
And decent duration is 2-3 secs, longer if it does take chi, example if it took a spark like BMs lvl 29 skill might be 5 secs
Yay someone who agrees with my new debuff (it also plays together nicely with the fact that demons can use it and hope fox wallop procs)

If it's the only stun - then it's fine.
The problem is that you can do lucky scarab, then drop to fox, and use this second stun (or vice versa)
Which makes it a bit too good. Especially comparing it to Stunning Blow - which uses a spark; and despite the name only freezes them.
I admit, basic and sage stunning blow isn't a great skill - but just plain being better than it is a bit over the top. And demon stunning blow already *is* what you're asking for (though costing a spark)

Oh, and pets do have leech skills; Bloodthirst, Bloodhunger, Consume and Devour.
Good luck ever seeing them though - they're both rare, and not very good.
Come to think of it - there's Sacrifice; which is sorta kinda like your exploding pet skill, but not as funny.0 -
Actually Vitenka i have Consume on my scorpion lol, and by leech i meant like a mystics leech sacrifice pet to give you buffies of some sort.
And yea saying exploding pet made me think of lysing too! a big giant boom scorpion bug parts and bug juiceb:chuckle0
