Anyone else had their spirit reset to 0?

I have a lvl 100 mystic that had at least 10 mill spirit on her. Recently, I logged on and tried to learn skills on my genie, and saw that her spirit had reset to 0. I submitted a ticket and was informed that the GMs can do nothing about it, and that I will have to 'level up'.

Has anyone else had this glitch happen to them?

    A few friends of mine have recently said the same thing. For some reason, they can not level up skills, genie skills, etc. because they no longer gain spirit.

    i had the same issue, i had 114mil spirit on my seeker and it dropped to 4 mil when i haven't used it for anything at all. b:cold

    I can't believe the GMs won't do anything to fix the problem. b:sad

    I haven't a clue. It is a bit annoying that it happened but after all the other bugs I've encountered I'm not at all surprised at the response you've gotten.
