I read lots posts already but i dont see answer for my problem.
my client work normally but i got big questlag in few situations:
-when enter/leave Morai
-when taking quests for talismans/vana keys in RT
-when taking reward in AEU
-when enter heart/pavs in Warsong
-when killing adv bosses in Warsong/Lunar

I have big problem specially with killing advanced bosses in Warsong/Lunar because with laging quest TEST OF STR, boss die before i got this and i miss lots Basic Badges.

If anyone have same problems or just wanna help me with info, please answer.
Thank you in advance.

Your best bet, however, is to submit a ticket. I know you may get what sounds like an auto-response, but most likely it is a response to let you know that they got your ticket, and are pushing it to people who are able to fix the issue. After all, Customer Service is just the messenger, not the tester/Dev.

In order to help you, I'll need some information. If you looked around like you said, you would have discovered this already.

I'm more than happy to take a look at it, but you've given me nothing to work with so far and I'm not going to repeat what you've already read.

    1. What exactly have you tried so far? (It's pointless for me to give you a bunch of tips that you've done already.)

    2. What are your system specs? (Link to Speccy log is best because I can see what's really going on in there.)

    3. How is your system connected? (Specific details on your local network, internet connection, and a traceroute taken when you are experiencing the issue.)

Without details, and assuming that you have been looking around, I would just be wasting my breath.

The only advice I have for questlag is try to relog. Also move to a less populated area to log off and relog as densly populated areas are bound to give you quest lag upon logging in.

I reinstall my client, verifying then i reinstall my windows too.

    My system:
    Asus P5E3 Premium
    Intel Q9550 3.4 Ghz (overclocked)
    Corsair 2 Gb DDR3 1600 Mhz (overclocked)
    Gigabyte GTX 670 OC
    WD 500 GB
    Plextor DVD
    Dell 24"
    Fortron Everest 800

My internet connection is with cable, i use router too (configured and overclocked from me)

By specific details I mean something like this.

The basic info you've given doesn't help anything.

Also, you don't overclock routers. You can do a lot of things with some good ones, but overclocking is not something you do with them. If you've changed settings that you aren't familiar with, or have changed something to a non-optimal state, that is likely where your issue is. (OK, well you can technically overclock some routers, but it's a short trip because it decreases the lifespan of the device and is almost garunteed to cause problems in the data packets.)

In addition to the regular system details that I will need, I'll also need the make and model of your gateway and router and what changes you have made to the configuration.
