question about the armor handouts

you know those armor handouts on tuesday right after the maint? well i had to log off 20 minutes befor i could get the last armor halo belt im wondering if i will still be able to get it when i log back in because really want the last armor set buff

    Yes, you should be able to get it.

    I have a low level character (27) who got two of those pieces the other night and I logged out with 16 minutes to wait for the third piece. Today when I logged in, the timer was at 16 minutes again, so it seems that you do not even have to spend the full 50 minutes logged on at one time for the last piece ... as long as you are on for 50 minutes, you will get the final piece eventually.

    One thing: the timers do not start until you accept the previous piece. It took me a moment to figure out that you actually click on the glowing treasure chest rather than talk to the elder for the quest. Hey, it was new! *smile*

    its for low lvls, i dont know where it stops, but mine was under 20 when i got mine, dont know if it stops at 20 or 30, you get 5 peices

    first peice 10mins after being on, then next after another 20mins, next another 30mins and so on...

    the armor things are actually a quest series if you look in your quest log you will have an elder blessing quest.

    one more thing what is the final set buff, cause i got the 50 phy def 50 mag def and the 50 chi but whats the next "50" also do you have to be next to an elder to get the piece cause i assumed "Elders blessing" ment you have to be next to them when the timer goes off so i just do whatever until then then when its at about 5 i go to the city as fast as i can.

    No, you don't have to rush off to the nearest city to get the items. ^^ lol They grant to your inventory automatically where ever you are when the timer goes off. As long as your inventory isn't full. <.<

    I sort of ncp'd my top and legs now, seeing as the lvl30 r1 gear had better overall stats. The free armor is GREAT until 30+, and after that the quest doesn't even activate. <.<

    hmm idk if it was just a limited quest but here i am (lvl 6) in august 25 2012 and the quest wont show up but each time i lvl it says that my recommend gear is the halo set so idk if it was just a temporary quest like an event
