Does anyone know if magic shards work on a bow?

    There are no skills using a bow that are based on your magic attack (only ones based on your physical attack converted to magic damage), so no.

    because sins are quite capable of using a bow and for some mobs its very prudent! Don't know a thread just cause you don't know how to maximize the fighting ability of a class.

    That doesn't really make sense as a archer has no magic attack either but infact has fire,water, poison and other mag attacks. The whole point is to add mag dmg to your attacks... we know this works on melee weapons.

    No. Op is asking if magic shards work in a bow and they said as archers have no skills based on magic attack then they are worthless. Sins don't have any skills with a bow so raw damage will be superior.

    If he actually meant elemental shards, then sure. They work. Whether or not they're worth using is a different issue, but they work.

    Magic shards (sapphires) do absolutely nothing on a bow.

    Yes, sins can use a bow, but OP asked nothing in relation to sins. This should have been either in General or Archer since bows are archers' default weapon.

    Yup! I remember reading somewhere that Faust was aiming for the ponies to be around their late teens to young adults.

    I mean, Pinkie is running the shop on her own when the Cakes are out, AJ is running the farm and doing harvesting seasons and all throughout the series, Rarity owns her own boutique and creates dresses for a living, Fluttershy is more or less a vet, and RD has a job in the clouds controlling the weather. Twilight is Celestia's protege.

    I don't think children can do those things just yet.

    yes I did, and yes wether its worth it or not is an entirely diff debate. My only reason for doing so is on the phys immune mobs/boss's.
