Why wont it install??

Hey i have downloaded this on my computer twice and my laptop about four times! But every single time (after me waiting houuuurssss for it to download) it doesnt install any further than that. The setup simply comes up as a notepad document instead of the format it is suppose to be.
I went into the file it was downloaded in and right clicked the install icon and pressed open and then run as admin... but nothing happens :/ no installation of any kind..

Any advice?
Perhaps my computer has some features that dont suit the game... ??

Please help. i reeeally wanna play the game :/

    It's very simple to fix and only requires you to use the search function of the forums to find the solution. Won't take long either as this problem came back multiple times.
