My Culti Isnt Spawning

ve been doin zhen and after that i strted to do my cultis but when i complete aware of harmony the culti that starts at lvl 21 cultis just stopped to pop up






Need an answer fast please

  There is a quest chain starting at lvl21. When you complete that, the next one doesn't start until you hit lvl24

  yeah-at lvl 39 culti you have to die. Its a mustb:chuckle
