Lock

My gear lock is on and I can't switch out my gear or repair it. I forgot my password and I'm not sure what to do. I sent PW an email and they responded with questions but they still havent replied and its been a week. I think its the saftey lock but it says its deactivated. Is there anything i can do to unlock it?

    Did you ever answered the questions they asked back? If not then do so as it's prolly a way to confirm that it's really you that is asking for pass recovery.

    Yea I did now im just waiting to hear from them. Trying to see if i can do anything in the down time

    Nothing else can be done, you're just gonna have to be patient and wait for their answer.
