I know with PQ 1, 1st place got you around 179,000 exp if you took the exp reward. Now that I am 95 just wondering if the exp from PQ II is any decent if exp is the reward, and if you can get any exp from PQ III or if you just get crystals from chapter 3 to make rings and stuff.

Your 95, do the Morai quests.
You should get like 90% of the way to 96 without anything else added on.

You won't find many people doing PQ II on RT the reward is

PQIII

Is mainly farm the 2 follow rings. For completing you're rewarded shattered nightspike crystals which you convert to nightspike crystals at the NPC. You can refer to the in game encyclopedia for the crafting odds since the database is incorrect
