Drake mirror bonus pack failed to arrive

I purchased 2 drake mirror 20 packs and only got 1 event gold feather... I tried to create a ticket for this but it gives an "infinite loop detected" error when I click on "contact us"

I don't thinks its a browser issue as I've used 2 diff browsers... FF does give a more intelligent error however ..The page isn't redirecting properly
