New to PW

I've been looking at many games to play especially this one and Aika. I am huge pvp fanatic and thats what im mainly looking for in this game. I dont care if one class is better than another because in the end it all comes down to if you know your class. my main concern with this game is it a cash shop based game where to be able to keep up gear wise with people is threw cash shop only or is there away to get geared to beable to fight. Farming is not a big problem with me as long as its not going to take 5 months to get one piece of gear. Thank you

    Yes, this game is based off gear first and then skill for most cases. Unless you pick assassin... Anyone can be good with them so.

    This game does require lots of cash shopping to be at the top, unless you want to farm/merchant it. Which no one does, everyone just claims they farmed their endgame gear, when about only 4 people on a server actually did.

    Anyways.. it WILL take you a very long time to farm your endgame gear here if you plan to. VERY long. You'll be bored of the game before you finish farming it most likely. Though if you just want to play the game for fun... it is really fun (:

    You want to PVP? Play Mortal Kombat 9 on xbox, it has a lot more action go have friends play that with you. This game is faceroll easy when you catch your opponent first, people have it easier on assassins because they can stealth gank which is why people QQ about assassins. Do not listen to the poster above me which is obviously a huge lie and pretty much QQs about assassins anyway... People have no idea how to kill them for some reason and they are as squishy as an archer which die really easy but they might survive better than archers due to focused mind.

    First of all, most, if not all all assassins have +10 daggers to PVP with, with full gear. No one pvps when they are gearless unless they are low leveled venoes with pets at low level pvping others their level...

    Edit: If you are new to PWI, do not play this game. Try another game because PWE is full of themselves and are extremely greedy. PVP was never alive in this game so play something else.
    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    since these answers are so onesided il just even it out.
    Yes you can farm your gear 100% free of charge.
    no you dont need the most epic in gear that all the world has ever seen since the dawn of the umpa loompa generation, if you get decent gear and actually learn how to use your character(which alot of ignorant, miserable and narrow minded ppl say isnt true) then you could indeed get out there and beat a hoe, just takes time like many things in life.

    Here's what you do:

    invest about $60 or so in one of the newer and better games out there and you'll be set for at least a good 5 years without worry of stuff like pay-to-win. b:bye

    The best gear in this game is only available through the cash shop (the weakest stage of it anyway) but you can still farm this gear because PWI lets you buy stuff in the cashshop with in game coin.
    Obviously in a F2P game a cash shopper is going to have an advantage, but if you spend enough time farming you will be able to match them in gear.
    I would also advise to make an assassin because they are the best PvE class and PvP class.

    if you gona play in this game do not make YET another assasin its so full of them.
    it will be way more costy then most other classes cos there liek assasin everywhere and they are competing whos gear is best wish mean more money investment.

    if end game farming make a veno i hear they only need a singel skill to be wanted to farm nv on 2x and well kinda any gear wish let you survive.

    also lots of hate toward assasin so wana feel down for being one OP toon go ahead but dont qq afterward.

    any old class is go go

    old class is barb wiz veno bm cleric archer they take the most to learn becose they was done with care and rest of the classes with greedy devs so expect inbalance.


    make any of the fallowing classes veno wiz archer or ep hey are the least in teh server and you will feel very special.

    do not make assasin or psy they are rotten to the core

    and we still waiting for a nerf on them to balance them out completly b:bye
