Reflections update.

Ever since the new Reflections patch, I haven't been able to play Perfect World, whatsoever. When I first brought up to the update page for the program, all it would say it preparing to update. Waited about five hours, and yet no progress. So I figured I'd uninstall and re-install it. Well, I verify the files every time, but then I try to open it, and it doesn't open. I even choose "run as administrator." All it does it ask me if I allow this program. I choose yes, and nothing happens. So, I thought maybe my computer is messing up. I download Perfect World on my mom's computer. It opens, works fine, yadda yadda. Her's also will not update. I've been playing over a year, and this has never happened. It's frustrating me to the max. Please help.b:sadb:cry
