Download problems

I have downloaded the installer for pwi and i clicked it and downloaded the game but as soon as it finishes it goes of and onto notepad?
There is no shortcut to the game and i cant find it on my computer why is this?

    Find to find the program "Install" under the folder of Perfect World.

    This issue been asked over 10 times this month, learn to search the forums and you'll find your solution.
    Edit: There's even a thread about this same issue a few threads down on this page with a solution posted.
