PWI forums app

Hey Perfect World users from all over.
I was thinking about asking a request to GM.

As a person who is constantly moving and have half a life, of which other half is gaming, I'm always on the move

Nowadays everything has an app, and many of us happen to have iPhones and Androids (iPhone in my case)

And I'd like to constantly check forums which would help me keep up with what our many other players are thinking, doing and asking

So I just thought of giving you the Idea of maybe making a perfectworld forums app.

If it happens I'd really love it.

    I dont think a so call dying game would create an app imo

    i did try that before, talked to some of the GM about the idea to but everything have to go true china and no interest there

    It may be a dying game, but many of us still have a lot of interest in keeping up with what's happening. =]



    Also, I read the thread, and the idea of checking things like faction chat/ whispers/ mail is amazing.

    China should listen to what their players have to say, but apparently theyre too good for PWI now and put all of their hopes on Neverwinter.

    Which will fail terribly, now that Guild Wars 2 is coming up next week.

    If you had a real smart phone you wouldn't need an app.

    If you have a smartphone...you already have a browser on it.
    Personally...I use Opera Mini on my Android.

    I have a web browser.
    I'm posting this from it.

    There's always the issue of it logging you off when you go away from forums.

    This works fine, but it was just a suggestion.

    IIRC, someone on the forum made an app and posted it a while ago.

    Personally, just using the browser on my Droid works well enough that I don't need some fail app.

    I say make it a Mobile MMORPG with many being made for both android/iphone,ipad's, it can bring in more people to play the game not to mention easily accessible to anyone anywhere. I know I would be one to download it to my tablet is what I use over the laptop much more convenient and lighter

    Nice idea but since PWE can't even code their own games/websites correctly I wouldn't want any app they make on my phone.

    There actually is an app for all the PWE forums, thou is was a 'minor' scamwarning about logins they disabled it making a 'just read the threads'-thing. Not that I'd ever log in with either my or an temp. alt acc via an unofficial anything, and doing it with ones real would just be..

    Problem: The pwi forum is/was just a black screen, at least last time i checked.
    Although there was an update some days ago, idk if its fixed.

    My phone is atm loading downstairs to be able to provide me epic music for my walk to the store and back for smokes, but if anyone is interested I could check it out later today (or evening, as it is here in eu). Hoping it will come up, the browser version is really annoying sometimes...

    I first saw it on my new S-S3, but I doubt that its made just for android so iPhone would work as well.

    Btw, anyone knows if the 'pwi skills' app is ok? Or just a bs/scammer thing? At least fun to watch/kill time with?
    (I know the price can be compared to nothing, but i would have to have to get a 10-25$ prepaid card for android since I don't have visa/mastercard etc)

    It was brought up in a thread some while back and Fuzzy agreed. If PWI were to ever invest in an app for anything, one that allowed you to restock your catshop would be amazing. b:dirty

    I use an app installed both in my pc and Galaxy Tab Plus for restocking my cat shops... it is something called teamviewer remote app... b:bye
