Downloading Issues

So it's been awhile since I've played and I'm looking to come back for a visit. I tried re-installing PWi, but after it's finished, all that opens is a Notepad named "AutoRun". Yes, I'm terrible with technology; could anyone help me figure out what I need to do now?
I installed it once earlier having this problem, deleted it all and tried again only to have the same issue.
Swift help would be much appreciated! b:cute

The autorun notepad thing is what usually would tell your computer to open the specific file and begin installation automatically.
It's been broken for some time now.
Browse through the folder that the game downloaded it's files to (Usually something like Perfect World Entertainment/Perfect World International/...) and find the icon that's labeled "install.exe". Click it and run it. If you're on Vista or Win7, be sure to click "Run as Administrator".
There might be two icons called install.exe. One of them should work. =D Hope I helped a bit.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
