Cant Play with my Psychic (pwi is crashing)

Hey guys, Since today i cant play with my Psychic cha. Everytime i try to play with him the game is crashing and my pwi is closing themself.
Some Minutes before i was searching for an Group for BH 69. After i was founding a Party i used the Teleport Stone and @ the loadingscreen my game was crashing. Since this moment i cant login with my Cha into the game. But i can go into the Game with all my other chas just with the psy not there is the game crashing.
Hope someone can help me

Your character is in a bugged location. It's pretty common. After you select the character, while it's showing the loading screen with the progress bar, hold down the "W" key.
May take a couple of tries, but this will move your toon off of the glitched spot before you see it on your screen.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
was trying it around 20 times allways after i choose my cha and press play i pressed w and hold it as long as i saw the loading screen bar but its still allways crashing.
There are some other tricks ? but thx for your help0 -

Submit a Ticket to the Support Team they have added this new option Stuck Character under Customer Support, so they will take care of it just a lil matter of time . Please Be Patient !b:thanks0
