Unity Belt/Ring?

I've seen lowbies wearing 3* purple Unity Belt and 3* purple Unity Ring and it says it's a quest reward but I can't find them anywhere. I can't find them on pwdatabase and google turned up nothing for me.

So any idea where on Pan Gu's land they come from? b:question

    you get them from completing the lvl 19 cultivation quest. It's a new feature they added with Reflections.
