Boku Payment Issue

Hello,
Today I decided I wanted to charge some zen. I used the Boku pay by mobile method and I went through the whole process of sending yes to 2252, and replying, etc. Afterwards, the payment appeared to have been completed successfully and PWI prompted me to proceed with the transaction and open my wallet. So I opened my wallet and saw that I had 0 zen. I tried relogging but to no avail. I also tried refreshing the page several times - this was not successful either.
I then decided to try using a different mobile number. I went through the whole thing again, only to find out that I still have 0 zen in my wallet. So, in total, I have paid the amount twice yet I have not received anything.
I went on Boku's customer support website and I read that it may take several hours for the Game client to transfer the purchase. Is this a normal occurrence now? I have used this Boku pay by mobile service several times in the past and never experienced this problem. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? b:surrender

The issue is resolved, I finally got my zen. It did take a few hours thoughb:laugh0
