so i heard this quest is glitched...
the only way to complete it is to kill the world-boss like Harpy near Ancient Wall?

or is there no way to complete it at all?

    There is no way to complete it at all.

    The Harpy Wraith that spawns on the map is not the one required for the quest.

    I guess you want the drop for the ultimate weapon quest right? I did the other quest on my 3 lv 100 so I got al the ultimate mats and turned them in at lv 101
    Its an old quest so exp sux (35k) but you do get around 20 rep I think but no weapon or gear,
