Does your pwi launcher download the new content?

I've seen someone in the official topic say they downloaded the content and just wait servers to come online, but mine doesn't.
It sits at game update complete ver653 (last week's patch), even though the advertisement page shows it's live (so i assume released to be downloaded as well through launcher, like the other expansions).

Posted about 1hour 9 minutes after the update was to go live. There is a problem with the server "shards" This is not a programming error but a storage related hiccup I think.
You can google shards while waiting or search the forums for the links b:laugh
